The company has grown from a small family business founded in the 1960s into a nationwide provider serving over 7,000 pharmacies across the UK.Job DescriptionA central focus of the role is to maximise sales with independent pharmacies and Medium/Large pharmacy groups already purchasing from us, while continuously enhancing the customer journey and building strong, long-lasting relationships.An equally important aspect of the role involves generating business from zero-spend and dormant accounts, identifying new opportunities to grow our footprint within the territory.In addition to core product sales, the Business Development Manager gathers customer insights to support cross-selling initiatives across non-core product lines as well as sundries and other clinical solutions that help customers expand their service offerings.The customer base within the assigned territory includes a mix of independent pharmacies, medium/Large pharmacy groups, and some dispensing doctors (GPs).Accountabilities:Growth: Revenue, GP, and GM.
