Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the North Yorkshire area and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the business services industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and achievements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the business services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
