Job Description

  • Manage and deliver technology-driven business improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Ensure projects align with organisational objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Analyse and report on project performance to inform future initiatives.
  • Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Improvement Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing technology-driven projects within the Not For Profit sector or similar environments.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business improvements.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to present project updates and outcomes clearly.

  • A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in project management or technology.
