With a strong focus on responsible investing and long-term impact, the client combines financial performance with sustainability, supported by a collaborative culture and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionThe duties of the Cash Operations Executive include:Managing daily cash postings and allocations from bank statements into internal lending systemsInvestigating and resolving unallocated cash, reconciliation breaks, and discrepanciesOverseeing the full direct debit lifecycle, including file preparation, submission, and exception handlingProcessing participation payments and ensuring accurate allocation across multiple entitiesPreparing and executing payment runs with appropriate controls and approvalsSupporting month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requirementsMaintaining robust documentation and contributing to process improvements and automation initiativesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Cash Operations Executive applicant ticks the below boxes:Experience in cash operations, loan administration, or a lending/asset finance environmentStrong understanding of bank reconciliations and high-volume transaction processingFamiliarity with direct debit processes and lending documentationStudying towards (or interested in) an accounting qualification such as AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMAAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formulas (macros beneficial)Detail-oriented, organised, and able to take ownership of issues through to resolutionProactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and leveraging technologyWhat's on OfferThe client offers a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension and flexible working arrangements.
