Job Description

What the Successful Category Manager will be expected to do:

  • Develop and implement category strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Analyse market trends and data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Monitor and report on category performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Support the development of sustainable sourcing initiatives.

A successful Category Manager should have:
