Job Description

  • Develop and implement Category strategies to achieve cost savings and value creation.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and service standards are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the organisation.
  • Analyse market trends and risks to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement and supply chain function.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.



The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must have experience gained industrial and manufacturing industry and experience of managing supply for electronics or electrical commodities in addition to:

  • Strong track record in negotiating and delivering cost savings and efficiency's
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
