Job Description

As Change Management Lead, you will drive the organisational change required to embed a new global ERP platform as the standard way of operating across multiple international business units. This senior, high visibility role focuses on behavioural change, capability building, and ensuring that transformation efforts translate into real adoption and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Change Leadership

  • Own the change strategy and execution for a large scale, multi region ERP deployment.
  • Lead business readiness, role clarity, communications, training, cutover, hypercare, and stabilisation activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong superuser and process owner community across global sites.
  • Focus on true adoption, tracking behavioural shifts and value realisation - not just attendance or go‑live milestones.

Enterprise Change Leadership

  • Build and lead a small centre of excellence for change, supporting additional enterprise programmes.
  • Establish standardised change frameworks, playbooks, tools, and KPIs.
  • Maintain a global view of change activity and capacity to sequence transformation sensibly and avoid overload.

Executive Communication & Decision Support

  • Provide clear, concise sponsor updates covering readiness, risks, adoption, and stakeholder sentiment.
  • Frame recommendations and trade‑offs for senior governance forums to support effective decision making.

Governance & Integration

  • Operate within the organisation's established programme governance structures.
  • Engage senior site leaders to ensure accountability for change and adoption.

Benefits & Value Realisation

  • Partner with Finance and Process Leads to baseline benefits and track early indicators of value.
  • Monitor improvements such as data quality, reduced workarounds, and faster operational performance.
  • The role includes managing a small team of change professionals and will require occasional international travel.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience leading large scale change across multiple sites or countries, within manufacturing or supply chain
  • Hands-on leadership of ERP or major process transformation change, comfortable with role-based training, cutover comms, hypercare, and post-go-live adoption.
  • Confident influencing senior leaders without relying on positional authority.
  • Disciplined approach to readiness, adoption metrics and benefit tracking - beyond attendance and go-live.
  • Experienced in building and coaching small change teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Formal change or project management certifications are desirable
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O would be ideal

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
  • Permanent position based remotely
  • Opportunity to work with a respected organisation in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Benefits package to be confirmed upon offer.
  • A role that offers professional growth and development opportunities.
