We are seeking an Enterprise PMO leader with a strong foundation in EPC, PPP, real estate, and contracting, who has progressed in their career to establish and operate a centralized Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Job Description

  • Develop and implement enterprise project management strategies and policies.
  • Setting up and running a centralized Enterprise PMO
  • Governing strategic project portfolios across multiple sectors and geographies
  • Driving end-to-end lifecycle control, not just reporting or dashboards
  • Operating at both strategic and execution levels within large, complex organizations
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, coordinating and tracking progress across legal, finance, funding, commercial, contractual, and delivery teams
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks and performance objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief EPMO should have:

  • A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the energy and natural resources industry, particularly within construction or EPC industry
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly operational, with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle from strategic opportunity qualification and investment evaluation, through governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio oversight, to execution, delivery, and close-out.
