Job Description

The duties of the Client Onboarding Associate include:

  • Processing new client applications
  • Undertaking AML and KYC checks in line with the company's policy and legal requirements
  • Completing risk assessments on new clients and following escalation procedures for high risk clients
  • Where necessary, requesting additional information regarding client applications via email
  • Handling incoming enquiries regarding client applications via email and telephone, to a high quality in line with target response times
  • Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Client Onboarding Associate candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in client onboarding, investor relations, or a similar operations function within financial services. They will possess a strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, alongside knowledge of retail investment products such as VCTs, EIS, or similar structures.
