Job Description

The responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Executive include:

  • Processing new client applications
  • Conducting AML and KYC checks
  • Completing risk assessments in line with regulations
  • Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure efficient onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Handling client queries, quality-checking documents, supporting audits, and escalating any issues or complaints appropriately

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Client Onboarding Executive candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of AML procedures and retail investment products, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.
