  • Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
  • Delivering financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision making
  • Supporting investment appraisals and business cases
  • Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability
  • Providing challenge and recommendations to influence business performance
  • Supporting strategic projects, process improvements and potential acquisitions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Experience working in accounting or finance roles, ideally within the life science industry.
  • A professional accounting qualification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
