They'll be hands‑on, resilient and delivery‑focused, comfortable owning month end while also providing insight on trading, margin and performance to senior stakeholders.They will be commercially curious, able to explain what's driving results rather than just reporting numbers, and confident working in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
