Job Description

Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop, deliver, and promote the company's business strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and sustainable growth objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Leadership



  • Agree and deliver business plans and budgets aligned with overall corporate strategy.


  • Take full ownership of commercial and financial performance, ensuring strong understanding and accountability.


  • Analyse commercial data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive brand growth within agreed budgets.


  • Develop and continuously refine a strategic plan to unlock growth opportunities across the business and franchise network.



Brand Development & Innovation



  • Contribute creative input into new product development and service offerings.


  • Conduct cost, risk, and feasibility assessments; present proposals to senior leadership and implement agreed outcomes.


  • Define and communicate a clear brand vision, ensuring consistent understanding and execution across all stakeholders.



Sales & Network Growth



  • Drive new sales and franchisee acquisition through events, exhibitions, and collaboration with the marketing team.


  • Support the development of corporately owned regions, building revenue streams to expand the franchise network.


  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure strong franchisee financial performance and alignment with business objectives.



Franchise & Operational Excellence



  • Support and coach franchisees to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness.


  • Establish, implement, and refine operating procedures to ensure consistency and best practice across the network.


  • Organise and lead regional meetings, training sessions, and onboarding for new franchisees.


  • Resolve operational, performance, and compliance issues, safeguarding the brand's reputation.



Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement



  • Lead, coach, and develop internal teams and support functions to deliver against growth objectives.


  • Act as a visible and accessible leader, maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and partners.


  • Foster a culture of high performance, urgency, and operational efficiency, supported by clear KPIs.



Governance & Compliance



  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company standards.



General



  • Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with the scope and level of the role.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as Senior General Manager, Operations Director, or Sales Director, ideally within a franchise network or a comparable multi-site environment.


  • Demonstrated accountability for financial performance, with a strong track record of owning and delivering against revenue, profit, and budget targets.


  • Evidence of successfully contributing to or leading significant organisational growth, including scaling operations or expanding market presence.


  • Strong capability to operate across both commercial and operational functions, with the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
