Job Description

  • Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on property titles and related matters.
  • Provide legal support for property development projects.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and third parties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with between 1 and 5 years pqe
  • Proven expertise in handling commercial property matters.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and related legislation.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
