Do you have experience in general Commercial Property matters? The role could very well suit somebody who is looking for a fresh challenge but doesn't want to join a large regional or Birmingham firm.You will be working alongside the head of department who is very supportive, knowledgeable and experienced. The team is also supported by another lawyer who has over 2 years' commercial property experience. The team also has admin support.The role will be hands on - you'll be involved in general landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions and disposals and also the chance to act for some very large developer clients.The team are also heavily involved in client events, social events and business networking - making it a fun place to work with lots of opportunity to build your profile.
