Their mission is to ensure individuals subject to enforcement action in England and Wales are treated fairly.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Administration Officer and providing administrative support to the Complaints Team.Assess, validate, and determine whether complaints are suitable for investigation, including confirming details with all relevant partiesResolve complaints at an early stage where possible through mediation and pragmatic problem-solvingInvestigate straightforward cases and deliver fair, evidence-based decisions in line with regulations and standardsCommunicate outcomes clearly and empathetically, producing structured written decisions and engaging effectively with stakeholdersManage a personal caseload and support administrative processes, ensuring targets and service standards are metWorking flexibly and helping with other aspects of the business as required.The Successful ApplicantAbout YouYou'll be a self-starter who can prioritise tasks and work well independently.
