A highly successful corporate finance team, operating across the Midlands and Thames Valley regions, is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Partner to further develop the business. This business prides itself on Partner led deals and therefore the majority of your time would be spent originating and executing deals through your own network, or that o the wider Partnership.

An independently owned Corporate Team, focusing on deals with a value up to £25m. A Partner led team that operates with high levels of trust and autonomy.

Job Description

You will be joining as a Partner and will have the autonomy to originate and execute your own deals, with the support of the wider team where necessary. You will assist with leading, growing and supporting the Midlands team acting as mentor and lead the development of this business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Established Corporate Finance Professional with an extensive Midlands network
  • Track record of leading and executing multiple deals
  • Desire to join an autonomous team and grow the business alongside two other Partners
