We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Associate Director to join our client's Cardiff-based OMB & Groups Corporate Tax function. This role requires strong expertise in complex tax compliance, advisory & business development, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients throughout.
  • Lead complex group & OMB advisory projects with a global Top-10 firm.
  • Work with the SLT to win new business and advance your leadership trajectory

Job Description

  • Provide expert tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs.
  • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client proposals.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated professional services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Associate Director should have:

  • Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Proven expertise in corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Sound understanding of current tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous.
