Job Description

  • Assist in preparing corporate tax computations and returns for a variety of clients.
  • Provide support on corporate tax advisory projects, including research and analysis of tax legislation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and industry developments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding tax matters, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Support senior team members in managing client portfolios and relationships.
  • Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes and efficiencies within the tax department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have:

  • A relevant qualification or part-qualification in accountancy or tax.
  • Knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance processes.
  • Experience working within the professional services industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
