Job Description

  • Oversee and manage corporate tax compliance processes for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients in the professional services sector.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement strategies to minimise tax liabilities.
  • Review and approve corporate tax computations and returns prepared by the team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored tax solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the tax team, ensuring their professional growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:

  • Strong expertise in corporate tax within the professional services industry.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Leadership skills to guide and develop a high-performing tax team.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated with tax regulations and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
