Job Description

  • Provide expert corporate tax advice to not-for-profit clients.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and regulations.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities to benefit clients.
  • Support the team in resolving complex tax queries and issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.
  • Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members within the tax department.
  • Stay updated on changes within the professional services industry and tax regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in corporate tax within the professional services industry.
  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and its application to not-for-profit organisations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
