Job Description

The Curier Pay Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manage the calculation and analysis of courier pay to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline pay processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
  • Managing and developing a team of analysts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Courier Pay Manager should have:

  • A strong background in analytics,
  • Proficiency with SQL & Power BI, Databricks is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Either managed teams previously or is looking for that next step into management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
