Job Description

  • Gather and document CRM requirements across regions and schools.
  • Support the CRM roadmap by prioritising and refining backlog items.
  • Write clear user stories for new features and enhancements.
  • Assist in planning and executing CRM releases and school rollouts.
  • Support testing by creating business scenarios and validating solutions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date process maps, documentation, and release notes.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to improve CRM adoption and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with support teams to turn user issues into actionable system improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in business analysis within a CRM environment.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements and writing clear, actionable user stories.
  • Confident working with Salesforce and agile tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams and regionsDetail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 to £58,000 per annum.
  • Permanent position based in London.
