  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Update customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex queries.
  • Handle complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.
