Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, owning communication throughout the resolution journey and providing clear updates while managing expectations
  • Build trust through consistent, professional, and proactive engagement, ensuring continuity, transparency, and accountability
  • Coordinate complex, multi-step customer issues across Operations, Finance, Sales, and other support teams
  • Drive progress on complex or long-running cases by maintaining momentum, removing blockers, and escalating to Resolution Experts when required
  • Work in structured partnership with Customer Advisors to progress actions and gather information
  • Lead root cause analysis on complex and recurring issues, identifying trends and systemic weaknesses
  • Translate customer insight into clear, evidence-based feedback and support preventative actions to reduce repeat issues
  • Maintain awareness of customer sentiment, risk, and relationship health, supporting retention and renewal activity with Sales and Customer Success
  • Ensure all communication is accurate, professional, and aligned with governance, maintaining complete and reliable customer records
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on customer service performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Resolution Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in customer service or customer resolution roles .
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
