Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the Customer Service team is looking for additional support.

Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and respond to customer communications via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to customer service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
