Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be at the forefront of the business supporting clients with a range of queries regarding their existing products and services.

The role will be mainly telephone based and will be the point of contact too for third parties and suppliers.

You will be also supporting with any administrative tasks and follow up with any emails coming into the business.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work in a fast paced environment and towards targets set by the business

A keen eye for detail and good organisation skills
