This specialist group advises buy-side clients on complex trading and derivatives matters, providing end-to-end support from documentation drafting and negotiation to execution and administration.You will work on a wide range of agreements, including ISDAs, prime brokerage arrangements, GMRAs, GMSLAs, and ETD documentation, while advising on regulatory developments such as EMIR and MiFID II.
