Job Description

The Divisional Legal Manager will be:



  • Leading and developing a pre-exisiting in-house legal team supporting development projects


  • Overseeing transactional property development matters including land acquisition and disposals


  • Providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders and operational teams


  • Managing external legal advisers and controlling legal risk across projects


  • Supporting business growth by ensuring efficient and commercially focused legal processes

The Successful Applicant

The Divisional Legal Manager should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant property development experience


  • Experienced in managing legal teams


  • Strong in transactional property work, including infrastructure agreements and site set ups


  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills


  • Able to operate at a strategic level while maintaining technical excellence
