Job Description

  • Manage and optimise the company's eCommerce platforms to drive online sales (shopify)
  • Support SEO best practivce
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements for user experience.
  • Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability online.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into eCommerce strategies.
  • Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful eCommerce Executive should have:

  • Experience working within the retail industry or a related field.
