Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Facilities Management team in London.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members.
  • Monitor the performance of facilities systems and initiate repairs or improvements as needed.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality work is delivered.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for facilities operations.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety standards across all facilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineer Supervisor should have:
