Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day facilities management operations within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all engineering activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
  • Lead and support a team of facilities and engineering professionals.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are achieved.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to support organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in facilities management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
