Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential plot sale transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Monitoring and reporting on transaction progress and related property sales.
  • Preparing and issuing legal documentation and responding to enquiries.
  • Coordinating exchanges, completions and post-completion activities.
  • Conducting AML and customer due diligence checks.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and management information.
  • Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and third-party stakeholders.
  • Supporting performance targets through proactive transaction management.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations.
  • Contributing to process improvements and best practice initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Estates Conveyancer should have:

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
  • Knowledge of AML, compliance and due diligence requirements.
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within new-build property transactions would be advantageous.
