Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet event objectives.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, providing post-event reports and feedback.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise during events promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Events Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in event management within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
