You'll oversee the collection of payments and manage property accounts within the financial services industry. Your role will ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth cash flow for the business.
  • £32k plus bonus and profit sharing scheme

About Our Client

This role is with a company in the financial services industry based in Bishopbriggs. Near the train station and free parking onsite.

Responsible for managing and controlling rental income and property-related receivables within Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. The role ensures timely invoicing, effective credit control, and accurate financial administration of property assets held within SIPPs, supporting the wider property and administration teams.

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage property-related payment collections for SIPP accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental income and outstanding balances.
  • Communicate with tenants to ensure timely payments and resolve any queries.
  • Prepare regular reports on payment statuses and outstanding debts.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in reconciling property accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the accounting team with other finance-related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant / Credit Controller should have:

Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or property finance

Understanding of property management or commercial leases (desirable)

Knowledge of SIPP or pension administration (advantageous but not essential)

Strong numerical and reconciliation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with good negotiation skills

Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
