As part of their growth they are looking to hire a commercially focused Finance Business Partner

Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be leading on finance insight and decision making to support the commercial teams, from initial client discovery, through pricing and contract negotiation, through to delivering the projects and completion. They will also be responsible for:

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Reporting
  • KPI development
  • Providing insights on project performance, cost management and timelines
  • Systems
  • Process improvement and evolution

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with some PQE
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, influence and drive cadence at all levels
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to stress test
  • Team player, able to work independently
  • Experience in project based sectors would be a desirable
