Job Description

  • Oversee the organisation's financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.

  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Lead the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Support the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
