Job Description

  • Process and reconcile income transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain income records for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly income reports for stakeholders.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing accurate financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within income management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer (Income) should have:

  • A background in accounting or finance, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Experience with financial systems and income management processes.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
