Job Description

  • Prepare and oversee monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings effectively.
  • Monitor cash flow and implement strategies for optimal financial management.
  • Assist in developing and improving financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
