Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the organisation's financial operations and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organisational objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage funding requirements effectively.
  • Support the organisation's long-term financial planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial management
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring financial teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities
  • It is a non negotiable to be on site 4 days a week (South London Location)
