About Our Client

This role is with a business operating within the transport sector, based in East Yorkshire.

Job Description

Oversee fleet compliance to ensure all vehicles meet operational standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing and certifications.
Manage driver schedules and ensure adherence to working time regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve logistical efficiency.
Monitor and address any compliance issues promptly.
Ensure policies and procedures align with industry standards.
Provide regular updates and reports on fleet performance and compliance.
Support the logistics department with day-to-day operational tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fleet & Compliance Lead should have:

Experience in fleet management or a similar logistics role.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in transport.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in relevant software for fleet and compliance management.
