Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the AI/replenishment system.
  • Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the replenishment system post-implementation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies in all activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within the retail industry or similar sectors.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and replenishment systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
