They are now looking to strengthen their finance function with the addition of an FP&A Accountant to support this next stage.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will play a key part in delivering high-quality financial insight and supporting improved decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDelivering robust variance analysis and clear financial commentaryBuilding and maintaining financial models to support planning and strategyProviding commercial analysis across revenue, margins, and customer profitabilityActing as a business partner to sales, operations, and senior stakeholdersEnhancing reporting processes, dashboards, and data visibilitySupporting ad hoc analysis and strategic initiativesThe Successful ApplicantYou will be a commercially minded finance professional with experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
