Job Description

  • Develop and manage the organisation's budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial models and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc financial projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience within the not-for-profit industry or a similar sector.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
