Job Description

  • Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Lead and support the logistics team to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse and transport operations.
  • Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Handle logistical challenges and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Experience in logistics and operations within the Ecommerce, Print on demand, Copack or Value added services industry.
  • Confidence leading a new operation with limited support
  • Experience in a new start up warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to drive process improvements.
  • Sound knowledge of of warehouse, inventory and carrier management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in logistics environments.
