Job Description

The Head of Commercial Real Estate will be:

  • Managing, supervising and developing a growing team, ensuring high quality delivery and efficient workflows.
  • Overseeing and growing a busy caseload across core commercial real estate matters.
  • Collaborating with corporate colleagues on property aspects of wider transactions, including due diligence.
  • Driving business development initiatives and building strong relationships to expand the department's reach.

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Commercial Real Estate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
  • A proven leader with experience supervising or managing a team.
  • An excellent communicator with strong networking and relationship‑building capability.
