Identifying key drivers of shrink including internal and external factors.Payroll: Delivery of >£1bn payroll budget;Waste & Markdown: Delivery of budget including year on year reductions working alongside supply chain whilst balancing availabilityThe Successful ApplicantThe role requires prior Retail Finance experience in a similar sized organisation and the applicant would be expected to be in the detail from the first day. Influencing skills are crucial in the role as this role touches many neighbouring departments.
