Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to guide decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and performance monitoring.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and manage the FP&A team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a large business.
  • Proven ability to develop financial models and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team development.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
