The company operates as a medium-sized entity, offering a stable environment with a focus on growth and innovation in its field.Job DescriptionStrategic leadership & deputisingAct as a Deputy Head of Marketing to the CMO, representing the marketing function internally and externally when required.Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and lead on execution across priority areas.Provide marketing leadership for appropriate projects.BrandLead brand management activity, ensuring consistent and effective brand expression across all channels.Play a key role in delivering brand and rebrand programmes, from strategic development through to implementation and embedding.Act as a brand guardian, balancing creativity with commercial and audience needs.Digital & WebsiteLead marketing digital initiatives, including end-to-end website redesign projects.Oversee ongoing website performance, development, and optimisation, ensuring it remains user-centred, accessible, and aligned to business objectives.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to evolve digital platforms and journeys.CRM:Lead CRM strategy and delivery, with hands-on experience using HubSpot.Design and implement effective contact and engagement strategies across the audience (broker and member) lifecycles.Oversee campaign execution, evaluation, and optimisation, using performance data to continuously improve outcomes.
