Working closely with marketing, product and regional leadership, you will ensure strong commercial performance, market competitiveness and consistent execution worldwide.This role suits a commercially astute sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and thrives in a remote, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a global product sales strategy aligned to revenue and margin targetsLead, coach and performance-manage Product Sales Managers and Key Account ManagersOwn global sales planning, forecasting, budgeting and KPI performanceDrive growth through key accounts, new markets and product-led innovationWork closely with marketing on product campaigns, positioning and sales toolsOversee pricing strategy to balance competitiveness and profitabilityCollaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and deliveryRepresent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry eventsSupport product managementChampion safety, values and a high-performance sales cultureThe Successful ApplicantThe Head of Sales will have oodles of gravitas, credibility and strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior level both internally and externally.
